We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Assistant to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Undertake routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities to ensure they are safe and functional.
  • Site Management: Ensure the exterior of the site is well-maintained, including general external maintenance tasks and ensuring contractors are signed in and out correctly.
  • Facilities Support: Assist the facilities team with the control of contractors, ensuring they adhere to site policies and rules.
  • Site Access: Responsible for opening and closing the building as required.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
