About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of operations, providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employees, monitor staff training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach team members.
  • Schedule daily activities, establish work schedules, and cross-train staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, address unresolved facility issues, and prepare capital projects.
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, variance reports, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence parties to reach agreements.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
  • Leadership skills, organizational skills, and advanced math skills.
