Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and create customized solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand learning requirements and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Design and deliver a variety of learning programs, including workshops, online courses, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its efficient operation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).
