We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Senior Land Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing land opportunities and instructing consultants and development teams regarding the legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints of any proposal.

This is a largely self-sufficient role, requiring the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. You will be responsible for identifying suitable land opportunities, both on and off the market, for immediate development and longer-term projects with planning potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating legal agreements with Vistry lawyers and third parties
  • Procuring technical, legal, and development information to instruct internal and external parties to prepare offers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including planning authorities and landowners
  • Providing expert advice on land acquisition, development, and planning matters
  • Working closely with the Strategic Land department to identify and secure land opportunities
