Condition Monitoring Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a proficient engineer to become part of our Engineering Support division as a Condition Monitoring Engineer. In this capacity, you will be tasked with employing condition monitoring methodologies to improve equipment dependability and maintenance protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of condition monitoring strategies in collaboration with engineering professionals.
- Act as the site authority for vibration analysis, thermographic inspections, oil assessments, and other monitoring methodologies.
- Convert condition-based maintenance data into practical strategies for enhancing equipment efficiency.
- Oversee vibration analysis operations on-site and coordinate lubrication management.
- Design and refresh monitoring schedules while providing training to maintenance personnel.
- Stay informed about condition monitoring best practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Educational background in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Possession of at least CAT-I Vibration Analysis certification; CAT-II is preferred.
- Experience with heavy industrial machinery in manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate maintenance efforts and handle intricate tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to influence results.
