Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient engineer to become a vital part of our Engineering Support division as a Condition Monitoring Engineer. In this capacity, you will be tasked with employing condition monitoring methodologies to bolster equipment dependability and optimize maintenance schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of condition monitoring strategies in collaboration with engineering specialists.
  • Act as the site authority for vibration analysis, thermographic inspections, oil condition monitoring, and other diagnostic techniques.
  • Convert condition-based maintenance data into practical strategies for enhancing equipment efficiency.
  • Oversee vibration analysis operations on-site and manage lubrication protocols.
  • Design and refine monitoring routes while providing training to maintenance personnel.
  • Stay informed on condition monitoring best practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Possession of CAT-I Vibration Analysis certification; CAT-II certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with heavy industrial machinery in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate maintenance tasks and handle intricate projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence results.
