Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment and infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our equipment and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
