About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our telecommunications equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment, including fibre optic cables and network devices
  • Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive
  • Work at heights and in all weather conditions, as required
Requirements
  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
