Salary: £50-70k + OTE
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Internal Sales team and drive business growth. As Head of Internal Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and motivate the Telesales team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, implementing training programs and identifying coaching needs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute telesales strategies to convert leads to customers, collaborating closely with Marketing and Digital teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, creating KPIs and commission schemes to drive performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve telesales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in outbound telesales management and team development.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with experience in Direct to Consumer sales experience.
