Job Description:
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the internal sales team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes. This will involve setting a clear vision, developing a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring all conversion and sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and motivate the Telesales team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, implementing training programs and identifying coaching needs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Telesales Strategies: Develop and execute telesales strategies to convert leads to customers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Digital teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and campaigns.
- Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, creating KPIs and commission schemes to drive performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve telesales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in outbound telesales management and team development.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with experience in Direct to Consumer sales experience.
