About the Role

Itec Skills and Employment is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Tutor. As a Youth Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering training sessions and supporting learners to enhance their skills and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that incorporate differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a quality learning experience.
  • Support learners in their individual learning journey, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their qualifications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people and a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Engaging and inspirational training and delivery style.
  • Qualified or willing to work towards a relevant qualification, such as CAVA or Level 3 Practitioner Award.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
