We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Tutor to join our team at Itec Skills and Employment. As a Youth Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training sessions to young people, supporting them in their individual learning journeys, and helping them achieve their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a quality learning experience.
  • Support learners in achieving their qualifications to a high standard in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people and a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Engaging and inspirational training style that motivates and supports learners.
  • Qualified or willing to work towards CAVA qualification or equivalent.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
