Role Overview

Itec Skills and Employment is a leading provider of work-based learning programmes with 40 years of experience. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Skills Trainer to deliver training sessions and support learners in their individual learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions using various teaching methods to engage and motivate learners.
  • Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a quality learning experience.
  • Support learners in achieving their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely fashion.
  • Work closely with learners to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people and a passion for making a difference.
  • Engaging and inspirational training and delivery style.
  • Qualified or willing to work towards CAVA qualification or equivalent.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
