Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of venue operations, including commercial rentals, performances, and community outreach initiatives.
- Enhance commercial income by marketing the venue for various events such as corporate gatherings, weddings, and more.
- Supervise the Box Office team and catering contracts, ensuring an outstanding visitor experience.
- Lead a dedicated team of 8 core staff members along with a flexible workforce, ensuring seamless and effective operations.
- Engage in strategic planning, budget oversight, and initiatives for operational efficiency enhancements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial venues, especially in high-profile environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and event coordination abilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the arts and music industry is preferred.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of £50,000-£55,000 per annum. The role requires occasional evening and weekend commitments.
