About the Role

VWA is seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join their team in Mayfair. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with various tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and immigration support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including welcoming new starters and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Process new start paperwork and complete new employee administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries.
  • Support with compliance and regulatory processes.
  • Manage holiday and absences.
  • Provide project support to the HR team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a financial services or blue-chip organisation.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent organisation, accuracy, and proactivity.
  • Excellent people-facing skills, with confident written and verbal communication.
  • Motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
