Wintermann Search is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client, a mid-sized European Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Bank's business objectives
- Lead the Employee Relations and Learning and Development teams
- Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage employee relations casework and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Administer monthly Payroll and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- MCIPD/FCIPD membership or qualified by experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
- Line management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks
