Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Wintermann Search is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client, a mid-sized European Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Bank's business objectives
  • Lead the Employee Relations and Learning and Development teams
  • Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations casework and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Administer monthly Payroll and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • MCIPD/FCIPD membership or qualified by experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
  • Line management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks
