Human Resources Manager

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Human Resources Manager at COREcruitment International, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advising management on policies and procedures to deliver an exceptional staff experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Instilling the company culture and ensuring consistency in delivering exceptional best practice
* Overseeing and managing the recruitment process for properties, including interviewing for roles, and ensuring HR documentation processes are adhered to
* Advising, supporting, and overseeing general managers with all employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
* Conducting Company Inductions and ad-hoc training sessions as required, overseeing the process, and ensuring the quality of residences and departmental Inductions
* Handling a diverse workload with the ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the luxury or premium restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will possess:

* Strong influencing and leadership skills
* A positive attitude
* Good communication and people skills
* A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
