Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council is seeking to hire dedicated Children's Welfare Specialists and Senior Welfare Specialists to enhance our teams in Suffolk.

This is a permanent position with options for both full-time and part-time hours. The successful candidates will receive a competitive salary ranging from £34,834 to £44,305 per annum (pro rata for part-time), along with a retention bonus of up to £4,000 per year (pro rata for part-time).


Available Positions:

Children's Welfare Specialists:
£34,834 - £38,223 per annum, plus £4,000 annual retention bonus (pro rata for part-time)

Senior Children's Welfare Specialists:
£38,925 - £44,305 per annum, plus £3,500 annual retention bonus (pro rata for part-time)
