- Encouraging positive behavior and mediating conflicts effectively.
- Monitoring student attendance and addressing issues related to punctuality and absenteeism.
- Leading assemblies, workshops, and initiatives focused on well-being and personal development.
- Acting as a designated safeguarding lead, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Working alongside educators, support staff, and the leadership team to identify and address student requirements.
