Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager in Health and Social Care to lead our apprenticeship program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and training, with a passion for supporting students in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to apprentices throughout the program.
- Develop and contribute to the creation of coursework and training materials.
- Offer occasional support to students at Levels 2 and 3, as well as those working on functional skills.
Benefits:
- 10k annual bonus (paid quarterly)
- Flexibility in managing your own diary and travel
- 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
