About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents Land & New Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend branch morning meetings to discuss sales targets and strategies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and work closely with the sales team to secure new referrals.
  • Ensure all developments' price lists are up-to-date and maintain a strong presence in front of a camera to engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions to build networks and relationships, and take accountability for KPIs, income, cost, and profit budgets.

  • Expert local knowledge and a proven track record of success within sales.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills to drive career growth within the property industry.
  • A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap rewards from dedication.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £18,000 to £21,000, depending on experience.
  • Target earnings exceeding £30,000+ per year.
  • A company car.
  • Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern.

Eligibility

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
