Our client, a reputable developer, is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to cover developments in the Suffolk area. This role involves working a 5-day shift pattern, including weekends, with 2 days off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of development sales, show homes, and public areas, ensuring they are maintained and presented to the highest standard.
  • Manage customer enquiries effectively, capturing details and requirements accurately via the in-house database and converting them to site visits or appointments.
  • Qualify customers, establish moving positions and timescales, needs, and financial situations, and develop credible solutions to secure reservations while maximizing revenue and margin.
  • Promote and provide access to company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
  • Secure customer reservations, work closely with in-house legal teams and sales admin to ensure sales progress to completion efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Maximize sales of unit upgrades, supporting customers throughout the selection process, processing orders, taking payment, and ensuring all options are installed prior to completion.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, providing a high level of customer service and maximizing customer recommendation scores.
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
  • Undertake new home inspections, flagging any issues with site management and resolving them prior to move-in, introducing customers to their new home, ensuring familiarization, and providing 'after care' at defined intervals following their move-in date.
