As a New Homes Site Sales Consultant at haart, you will be working within the New Homes Site Sales office at Bury St Edmunds. Your key responsibilities will include registering client details, booking and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers between developers and buyers, and working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrable track record of success within a target-driven role in Estate Agency, ideally with knowledge or experience working within New Homes. You will also need to have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills, and a hunger to earn.

What's on Offer:

As a New Homes Site Sales Consultant at haart, you will have the opportunity to earn a basic annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £25,000, dependent on your experience. You will also have the chance to earn uncapped commission, with opportunities to earn from 1st appointments arranged for our Mortgage and Protection Advisers, legal sign-ups, and sale completion.
