New Homes Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend branch morning meetings to discuss sales targets and strategies
  • Check and respond to all registrations, viewings, valuations, vendor contact, and mortgage appointments from the previous day
  • Follow up on all referrals and ensure feedback is given to site
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contact applicants to offer New Homes where applicable
  • Ensure all developments' price lists in our branches are up to date and maintain relationships with marketing suites and build friendly professional relationships
  • Work closely with sites to build relationships, keep them updated, and troubleshoot any problems
  • Compile competitor reports and identify opportunities to assist with sales

  • Expert local knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success within sales
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry
  • A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £18,000 to £21,000 per year
  • Target earnings exceeding £30,000+ per year

  • Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern
