About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our New Homes sales team. As a Sales Manager for New Homes, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our New Homes developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
