About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the new homes sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships, and identify opportunities for referrals.
  • Take ownership of your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), income, cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organization.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks, prioritizing and delegating as necessary to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong presence in front of a camera, engaging with your audience to maximize your reach and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the new homes market.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a reputation for delivering outstanding results.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
  • Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, with a hunger to earn and achieve sales targets.
