We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Professional to join our team at Childrens Lighthouse of Green Level (New Center). The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a development in the Suffolk area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development Sales Management: Take ownership of the development sales, show homes, and public areas, conducting regular sales excellence audits to ensure all areas are maintained and presented to the highest standard.
- Customer Enquiries: Manage all customer enquiries effectively and efficiently, capturing details and requirements accurately via our in-house database and converting to site visits or appointments.
- Customer Qualification: Qualify customers, establishing their moving position and timescales, needs, and financial situation.
- Product Promotion: Promote and provide for the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
- Sales Progression: Secure customer reservations, ensuring sales targets are met, working closely with our in-house legal teams and sales admin to ensure sales progress to completion efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Unit Upgrades: Maximise sales of unit upgrades, supporting customers throughout the selection process, processing orders, taking payment, and ensuring all options are installed prior to completion.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
- New Home Inspections: Undertake new home inspections, ensuring any issues are flagged with site management and resolved prior to move-in, introducing the customer to their new home, ensuring familiarisation, and 'after care' of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
