We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join our team at TeamResourcing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of development sales, show homes, and public areas, ensuring they are always maintained and presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries effectively, capturing details and requirements accurately via our in-house database and convert to site visits or appointments.
  • Qualify customers, establishing moving positions and timescales, needs, and financial situations, and develop credible solutions to secure reservations with maximised revenue and margin.
  • Promote and provide access to company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
  • Secure customer reservations, working closely with in-house legal teams and sales admin to ensure sales progress to completion efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Maximise sales of unit upgrades, supporting customers throughout the selection process, processing orders, taking payment, and ensuring all options are installed prior to completion.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, maximising customer recommendation scores, and ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
  • Undertake new home inspections, ensuring any issues are flagged with site management and resolved prior to move-in, introduce customers to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and 'after care' of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
