Facilities Management Coordinator

About the Role:
GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and progress briefings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress
- Update contractor project reports and programmes in advance of meetings
- Attend progress meetings and develop progress reports for senior management and clients
- Work with the design team to develop designs and deliver and schedule works with direct labour and subcontractors
- Manage health and safety on site, including inductions of GRAHAM staff and subcontractors
- Record site events and conditions and liaise with end users to ensure they are kept up to date with progress and requirements
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and manage works on site, including staff and subcontractor management
- Manage works to deliver to programme and self-snag works prior to completion of works
- Collate material orders and issue to the service desk for ordering
- Report to senior management and complete O&M manuals on completion of projects
Requirements:
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
- CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card
- Health & Safety Induction Including Management System
- Demonstrate previous relevant management experience
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Project
- Full UK driver's license
- First Aid at Work
- Proven leadership and people management skills
Desirable Criteria:
- NVQ in Construction Management (or equivalent)
