About the Role:

GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings and progress briefings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress
  • Update contractor project reports and programmes in advance of meetings
  • Attend progress meetings and develop progress reports for senior management and clients
  • Work with the design team to develop designs and deliver and schedule works with direct labour and subcontractors
  • Manage health and safety on site, including inductions of GRAHAM staff and subcontractors
  • Record site events and conditions and liaise with end users to ensure they are kept up to date with progress and requirements
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and manage works on site, including staff and subcontractor management
  • Manage works to deliver to programme and self-snag works prior to completion of works
  • Collate material orders and issue to the service desk for ordering
  • Report to senior management and complete O&M manuals on completion of projects

Requirements:

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
  • CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card
  • Health & Safety Induction Including Management System
  • Demonstrate previous relevant management experience
  • Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Project
  • Full UK driver's license
  • First Aid at Work
  • Proven leadership and people management skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • NVQ in Construction Management (or equivalent)
