Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Support Specialist to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a Commercial Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting the commercial and operational teams in ensuring compliance with all commercial and administration processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update commercial trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide general support to the commercial and operational teams as required, including ordering materials and managing purchase card administration.
  • Enter costs into the CAFM (database) system and prepare quotes for clients and update registers.
  • Report on completed work and support the commercial team in creating applications for payment.
  • Validate and pay sub-contractor invoices, and monitor the generic email inbox and assign emails to relevant owners.
  • Audit and review Maximo reports to ensure outstanding jobs are chased as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in COINS (desirable)
  • Previous experience in buying/purchasing/invoicing
  • Strong administration skills
  • Commercial Assistant experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Facilities Management experience
