We are in search of a seasoned Commercial Sales Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence in design, construction, and customer service, this is a remarkable opportunity to join a highly successful organization with over 85 years of industry experience.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary up to £35,000 plus an uncapped commission structure
- Fuel allowance

- Quarterly and annual performance bonuses
- Work schedule: Thursday to Monday
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives through effective negotiation and plot sales.
- Handle on-site administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
- Maintain high-quality show home presentations while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in new build sales, either with a developer or in estate agency.
- Strong proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with relevant legal terminology.
- Solid understanding of financial aspects and lenders involved in home purchasing.
- Proficient in IT, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UK driving license.
