We are in search of a seasoned Commercial Sales Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence in design, construction, and customer service, this is a remarkable opportunity to join a highly successful organization with over 85 years of industry experience.

What We Offer:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective negotiation and plot sales.
  • Handle on-site administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
  • Maintain high-quality show home presentations while adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in new build sales, either with a developer or in estate agency.
  • Strong proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with relevant legal terminology.
  • Solid understanding of financial aspects and lenders involved in home purchasing.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license.
