About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Dosimetry, part of the HTSL Group. As a specialist supplier of radiation detection equipment, we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional sales and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and product knowledge to customers, helping them to understand our products or services.
  • Provide pre-sales and technical assistance, as well as product education to customers.
  • Identify and develop customer opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Stay up to date on new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is informed.
  • Support marketing activities and attend trade shows and conferences.
Requirements
  • A Can Do attitude with a willingness to both learn and share knowledge.
  • Interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving approach.
  • Working comfortably within a small team.
  • Sales experience preferable.
  • Technical knowledge acumen, scientific instrumentation experience also desirable.
  • Excellent telephone and listening skills.
  • Sharp negotiation and time-management skills.
  • Confident understanding of sales process.
