Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Performance: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Train and Mentor Sales Staff: Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sales Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- CRM and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
