About the Role:

To be a successful Office Team Member at NEXT, you will:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, which includes stock and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure smooth running of the admin processes to support great audit results, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Offer fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front of house, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Take control of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking opportunities for growth and learning.

What's Next:
