Estée Lauder Counter Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve business objectives and share best practices
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
