About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and facilities maintenance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Sales Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
