As a Client Support Specialist at Principality Building Society, you will be part of a welcoming team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The key responsibilities of a Client Support Specialist include:

  • Delivering a high-quality, customer-centric service
  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with various departments to enhance performance
  • Processing client transactions in line with their needs and within established service levels
  • Managing both incoming and outgoing calls while adhering to quality standards to provide an excellent service
  • Ensuring fair treatment of clients in all aspects of the role
  • Collaborating closely with our Customer Service teams and key stakeholders to enhance the client journey
  • Paying meticulous attention to detail

Ideal qualifications for this position include:

  • A motivated, ambitious, and customer-oriented individual with a proven track record in a customer service environment.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
