Allegra Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead their nursing team at Cedar Lawn, a 26-bedded converted Manor House nursing home.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a growing company and deliver exceptional care to residents while being treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of clinical governance and lead the care and nursing team to ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care.
- Conduct supervision, appraisals, and training of clinical and care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Implement and support the provider's distinctive care model by effectively allocating resources and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Act as the deputy for the home manager during their absence, contributing to continuous improvements in the home.
- Participate in one, 12-hour nursing shifts per week with the remaining time being supernumerary.
You will need:
- Demonstrated nurse leadership skills with a proven track record of leading care and nursing teams.
- Experience in residential nursing home settings catering to the elderly and individuals with dementia, or relevant healthcare settings focusing on elderly patients.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience using care planning software.
- Nursing qualification (RGN) with an active PIN.
