Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join our esteemed care home provider in the Romsey / Southampton area. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee all care delivery within the home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in running the care home and managing junior nurses and care staff
- Oversee all care delivery, ensuring a high-quality service is provided to residents
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development of the care home's policies and procedures
Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager who can demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
