Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to join our esteemed client's management team within a fantastic nursing home in the Romsey / Southampton area.

This care home boasts excellent facilities, including en-suite rooms, and is beautifully presented. Our client has a reputation for delivering first-class care, with excellent CQC inspection reports, and an excellent reputation in the local area.

The home delivers general nursing elderly care and dementia care. As a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the home manager to oversee all care delivery within the home, assisting in the management of junior Nurses, care staff, and other team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Clinical Leads / Deputy Managers to join a well-established and respected care provider, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in running the home and managing junior Nurses, care staff, and other team members.
  • Oversee all care delivery within the home, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans, in collaboration with the Home Manager and other team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the home's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager in a nursing home or residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
