Deputy Nurse Home Manager Position

Forest Care Selection is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager/Clinical Manager to join their team in a medium-sized, well-established care and nursing home in the Romsey area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the clinical governance and oversee the care and nursing team.
- Supervise and appraise clinical and care staff, and develop their skills to deliver exceptional care.
- Drive the provider's unique model of care and allocate resources effectively.
- Proven nurse leadership experience and a strong track record of leading care and nursing teams.
- Experience working in care and nursing home settings for the elderly and those with dementia, or in healthcare settings with experience of working with elderly patients.
- Excellent IT skills and experience of using care planning software.
- Nursing qualification RGN with active PIN.
- Pension scheme.
