Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to join our esteemed client's management team within a fantastic nursing home in the Romsey / Southampton area.

This care home boasts excellent facilities, including en-suite rooms, and is beautifully presented. Our client has a reputation for delivering first-class care, with excellent CQC inspection reports, and an excellent reputation in the local area.

The home delivers general nursing elderly care and dementia care. As a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the home manager to oversee all care delivery within the home, assisting in the management of junior Nurses, care staff, and other team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical lead to join a well-regarded care home provider and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all care delivery within the home

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead in a nursing home or residential care home
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
