Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead to join our esteemed client's management team within a fantastic nursing home in the Romsey / Southampton area.

This care home boasts excellent facilities, including en-suite rooms, and is beautifully presented. Our client has a reputation for delivering first-class care, with excellent CQC inspection reports, and an excellent reputation in the local area.

The home delivers general nursing elderly care and dementia care. As a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the home manager to oversee all care delivery within the home. Your role will be to assist the Manager in running the home and managing junior Nurses, care staff, etc.
