Role: Weekend Receptionist

Location: Audi Dealership

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Audi Tunbridge Wells. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate
  • Provide refreshments and maintain a tidy seating area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the dealership team

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a professional environment
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
