Role: Weekend Receptionist

Location: Marshall Motor Group

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that our visitors feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
  • Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer-facing environment
  • Confidence in speaking to customers in a professional manner, both on the telephone and face-to-face
  • Good IT skills and ability to support with administration duties
  • Self-starter, organized, and someone who takes pride in their work
