Role: Weekend Receptionist

As a Weekend Receptionist at Marshall Motor Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors to our Audi dealership in Tunbridge Wells. You will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, answering queries, and directing customers to the relevant department or team member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate
  • Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer-facing environment
  • Confident talking to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and face-to-face
  • Good IT skills and happy to support with administration duties
  • Self-starter, organised, and someone who takes pride in what they do
