Job Description

**Regional Data Manager - Foster Care System Reform**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Data Manager to join our team at Bracknell Forest Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in reforming the foster care system in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor the performance of the regional recruitment support hub with the wider team, using a data platform to be developed specifically for the hub.
  • Manage the collection, collation, and analysis of activity and outcome information via regional partnerships, to help LAs measure performance, using robust collection processes and analysis techniques which may incorporate qualitative and quantitative data collected from research, intelligence or complex data mining.
  • Provide high-quality information, intelligence, and analysis to inform the development of the regional programme.
  • Ensure the programme's governance groups and partners understand the performance of the programme and local context, including some geographical analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrable and substantial experience in data management, preferably in a local government/children's services context.
  • Abilities to build excellent collaborative relationships across organisations.
  • Provide effective performance analysis and reporting.
