Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take charge of your designated territory, focusing on promoting and increasing profitable rental revenues through the establishment of strong local connections.


Your role will involve:

  • Identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities from key projects by visiting client sites and regional offices, developing client relationships, and nurturing partnerships.
  • Engaging with customers early in their project planning to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project management from inception to completion, including technical, installation, financial, and management components.
  • Creating and managing quotations that balance profitability with long-term customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of sales growth principles in a rental-focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, ensuring effective time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • IT skills with experience in sales management systems.
  • A background in pump rental or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.


Additional Information

A valid UK driving license is essential for this position, as site visits will be required. The role may involve overnight stays to maintain an active presence across the region.
