Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Tektronix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the southeastern UK region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage and utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Test and Measurement industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement equipment and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
